End of Year SMARTR Outcome

By the end of the 2019-2020 school year, students with disabilities will increase their pass rate on the English SOL from 60% to 75%.

Strategy 1

  • Implementation of MTSS/RI Support Team and supports for Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Teams.

Strategy 2

  • English collaborative teams will collaborate to unpack essential standards, plan a common pacing guide, and scaffolded instructional strategies. (MTSS Tier 1)

Strategy 3

  • English collaborative teams will collaborate to develop common assessments, analyze data, and intervene as needed. (MTSS Tier 1)

Strategy 4

  • Implementation of flexible groups for PowerUp intervention during Learning Seminar based on Lexia Power Up data.   Data reviews will be on-going and student schedules will be adjusted accordingly (MTSS Tier 2)

Strategy 5

  • Scheduled interventions for a support class to address individual student needs. (MTSS Tier 3)

Strategy 6

  • Training for MTSS Core Team (Tier 3).

Strategy 1

  • Implementation of MTSS/RI Support Team and supports for Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Teams.

Strategy 2

  • Math collaborative teams will collaborate to unpack essential standards, plan a common pacing guide, and scaffolded instructional strategies. (MTSS Tier 1)

Strategy 3

  • Math collaborative teams will implement the Guided Math Workshop model.

Strategy 4

  • Math teachers will Implement V-Math lessons during learning seminar (MTSS Tier 2).

Strategy 5

  • Identified students will participate in core replacement for their math instruction (MTSS Tier 3).

Strategy 6

  • Training for MTSS Core Team (Tier 3).

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

By the end of the 2019-2020 school year, discipline referrals for disruptive behaviors (defiance, disrespect, classroom disruption, disruptive demonstration, inappropriate language/gesture, minor insubordination, and inappropriate conduct to another) will reduce from 155 to 77 referrals for disruptive behaviors.

  • Implement school-wide tier one core behavior instruction.

Strategy 2

  • Implement MTSS Tier 2 interventions.

Strategy 3

  • Tier 3 interventions and supports for students will be implemented.
